Congratulations on your pregnancy! How excited you must be.

Having a doula at the birth of your baby is a very personal choice. Your choice should be based on who you resonate with the most. Birth is an extremely intimate experience. You need to feel a great deal of trust in the doula you choose.

A little bit about me, I have three adult sons that I gave birth to naturally in a hospital and I did nurse all three. I also have eight grandchildren. I have been participating in births for the last seventeen years. It would be my pleasure to have a face to face meeting so we can get to know each other better. I am DONA certified.

If you have not taken childbirth classes yet and you are interested in taking them I can provide you with information regarding the childbirth education you desire. Resources include but are not limited to Hypnobirthing, Bradley, Birthworks and Birthing from Within.

It is very important that you interview a few doulas so you are very comfortable with your choice. This is the most intimate, important time for you both and your comfort level is priority. I would love to have a free no-obligation consultation with you and your partner to discuss your needs.
